My room included a kettle and fridge, useful. the receptionists were helpful. They provided quick and friendly service.

the shower handle was awkwardly positioned toward the back wall.

just ok, a few things were annoying

faulty air conditioning constant noise

My stay wasn't the best. the room felt stuffy because the air conditioning barely worked. It just moved the air around. also, the noise from outside was constant. trams kept passing by, and it shook the whole building. it was hard to get any sleep with all that going on.
